Hello, which comic did you have when you were little?
I had Bunty ...

I loved it ... and used to hoard hundreds of copies in the shed at the bottom of the garden that my Sister and I had as a little den ... amongst the forks and spades!!
My favourite bit ...

She always had such fabulous clothes!!!
Although I can't remember ever cutting them out! I wonder what ever happened to all those magazines!
Ahhh ... I would love to read a copy again and take a trip down memory lane!
Oh my I feel a desire to create a collection

I loved the Beano and comic Annuals...I managed to get a copy of one of my favourite old annuals from ebay and it was a crazy blast from the past reading my favourite stories again. Checkout ebay for Bunty. xxx
ReplyDeleteI have been looking at Ebay ... oh my so much temptation!!!!! And I have found a canvas print of a Bunty Cut Out Wardrobe ... I think it may go on the birthday list!!! x
DeleteTwinkle, then Bunty, then Jackie, then Cosmopolitan! I loved the cut out dolls too but never cut them out either, you were supposed to stick them to cardboard and then cut out ... I wonder if anyone actually did?
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely weekend

Oh wow ... I have just asked Mom and Dad IF by any chance they still have my collection ... I am guessing they are long gone now ... but I had to ask!! xxx
DeleteI used to sometimes read Bunty, but Jinty was always my favourite!
ReplyDeleteI loved bunty, Mandy and twinkle.
ReplyDeleteAnd I was one of those who used to cut out the dress up outfits, I used to keep them in a shoebox!
